GM 0WLS is an independent derivative NFT collection created as a tribute to the historical era of Web3. In August 2022, the original pixel characters were forever and irrevocably transferred to the public domain under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. We took this immortal classic, completely reworked the color palette, moved the characters to new unique locations and gave them morning coffee to greet a new morning in Web3.

Any reference to the historical CC0 origin is strictly for informational and contextual purposes. Holding a GM 0WLS NFT does not grant access to the Birb Holdings ecosystem, $BIRB tokens, nesting rewards, or any official Moonbirds utilities.

GM 0WLS — TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the website, smart contracts, or minting functions provided by GM 0WLS ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting your digital wallet and participating in the mint, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. The Project and Artwork (CC0 Designation)

Derivative Nature: GM 0WLS is an independent, community-driven derivative NFT project. The artwork is based on the original pixel art created by PROOF Collective, which was irrevocably dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license in August 2022.
Our CC0 Dedication: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we hereby waive all copyright and related or neighboring rights to the new, modified artwork of the GM 0WLS collection worldwide. GM 0WLS is also released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license. Anyone is free to use, modify, and commercialize the GM 0WLS images without seeking permission.

No Affiliation: GM 0WLS is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Birb Holdings, PROOF Collective, Moonbirds, or any of their respective projects, tokens, or affiliates.
Contextual Reference Only: Any historical mentions of the original CC0 project on this website are purely for informational and contextual purposes.
No Utility Guaranteed: Holding a GM 0WLS NFT does not grant you access to any external ecosystems, rewards, airdrops, tokens, utilities, or Discord servers managed by the original creators of Moonbirds or Birb Holdings.

3. Free Mint & No Refunds (Non-Refundable Policy)

Free Allocation: The digital collectibles (NFTs) in the GM 0WLS collection are distributed via a "Free Mint" mechanism. You do not pay a purchase price for the NFT itself.
Network (Gas) Fees: You are solely responsible for paying all blockchain network fees (gas fees) required to execute the minting transaction on the network. These fees go directly to network validators, not to us.
Strictly No Refunds: Because this is a free mint and all interactions occur directly on an immutable blockchain network, all transactions are final and completely non-refundable. We cannot revert transactions, recover lost gas fees, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Availability: Distribution is subject to availability on an "as-is" and "first-come, first-served" basis. We make no guarantees that every user will be able to successfully mint an NFT.

4. Assumption of Risk & Entertainment Purpose Only

Not an Investment: GM 0WLS NFTs are digital collectibles created purely for entertainment, historical tribute, and meme purposes. They do not constitute financial instruments, securities, investments, shares, or options. There is no expectation of profit or future financial value.
Blockchain Risks: You accept all risks associated with using digital assets and blockchain protocols, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet exploits, network congestion, and the volatile nature of the NFT ecosystem.
As-Is Basis: The website, smart contracts, and NFTs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and developers of GM 0WLS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of digital assets, or wallet security breaches arising out of your participation in the mint or use of this website.
